Standard call out charge

A standard call out charge is applied when Nottingham Telecom visits a residential or business premises at the request of the owner or company. A call out can be for a whole manner of reason including proving a fault, New & Extra telephone sockets, New phone line installation, Phone repairs,

£30 (Anywhere within 1 mile from Nottingham City center.

£35 (Anywhere within 3 miles from Nottingham City center.

Outside these areas pricing may differ, in these cases please contact us.

Immediate repairs and work carried out

If a fault can be fixed during the call out then the client will be charged £20 extra up to the hour.

Additional work will be charged at £40 per hour (or £10 per quarter hour)

For clients who have specific requirements Nottingham Telecom can provide a consultation and quotation for the job.
